Much more than just best place to stay
Sidra Hotel has a perfect combination of size, layout of various open spaces as well as a warmth and friendly design. It is perfect located in the middle of the activ town- area and at the same time hidden and modest enough to enable a kind of hidden retreat character. It is the place to be, for those who are really interested in soul and dynamic of the so friendly local inhabitants of Hydra. Compared to other typical "show-off" places it gives one a chance to explore this unique Island with fair prices. But all said before would be nothing without the persons who run the place which becomes home during my stay. Kallia and Karim are not only professional, accurate, efficient, supporting, and great hosts. Both of them, each on his own way, have the rare ability to see each of their guests individually as a person and know exactly where and how to pick each of them up with empathie, patient and so helpfull support; all those spiced in a manner of humor, friendly attitude and natural handling. A prefomance which seems almost casual but contains so much effort and love, is a high-end perfection of hospitality. Kallia and Karim are the real Capital of this home to be at and make it to be far more than just a hotel. I've been around now for a while and I have visited many places and countries. I can hardly compare whereever I have experienced hospitality of hosts and the beauty of the place melting to such a unique experience like I had this late spring in Hydra. Good people meet more than once in life, may you stay protected and blessed.

Perfect location. wonderful terrasse, very clean and welcoming place, quite fair prices as compared to any other hotel given the absolute central (but sitill perfectly quite ) location above all,the kindness of the whole team is amazing. The hotel is very close to the center, excellent in terms of price and performance, Dimitri is a great person, he answered all my questions immediately and sincerely before going to the island. He was always helpful during my stay. There is no breakfast, lunch or dinner at the hotel, but this was no problem, there are bakeries and restaurants nearby. Thank you very much Dimitri.

Perfectly located, quick walk to the port but not right on it so it's quite. Don't use Google maps it's doesn't work too well. Follow the directions they will send you. Lovely staff and just a perfect place to chill out for a week in Hydra. Ofcourse you can pay loads more money for somewhere else. But this does the job better than others at this price. Will be back.

Nice stay on rainy Hydra
By far our favourite thing about staying at Sidra was the lovely welcome we had from the manager of the hotel, Dimitris. He provided us with great tips on where to eat. He even went into the specifics of each place like "go to the this place for decent food and a beautiful sunset", "go here for good food at a good price", etc. This lead to us not only having some great feeds but also seeing one of the most gorgeous sunsets of our lives. Despite the weather as well, Dimitris kept a positive attitude and made us feel welcome the entire time. In terms of the actual facilities... The room was kept clean, the bed was decently comfy and the outdoor terrace was a massive plus. Loved the flower canopy above. Water pressure in the shower was so much which meant you could adjust to your personal liking. Overall good stay.

The room was very nice and comfortable. It got cleaned every morning. The best part was the upstairs balcony and the downstairs one that is a bit hidden away. Both had shade from a bougainvillea and were a peaceful spot with a great view. A very convenient location to the town and has a delicious Creperie just down the street!

The property is located quiet near the port so it is easy to reach. It is in the very centre, next to many places to eat and have a drink, but at the same time, it is quiet, so you can rest. The room was very clean, with air-conditioning, a small fridge. The property has a big terrace, where you can sit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. He gave me a lot of advice about places to eat and what to visit. I would stay again, if I came back to Hydra.

Το ξενοδοχειο βρισκεται σε μια ευθεια απο το λιμανι,εισαι εκει σε 5 λεπτα,πολυ σημαντικο κομματι μιας που το νησι εχει πολλα σκαλια και ανηφορες. Περιποιημενο και καθαρο.΅Εμεις ειχαμε δωματιο στο ισογειο και οπως ολοι προσβαση στην αυλη του.Ο Δημητρης,εργαζομενος στο ξενοδοχειο ,μας εκανε εντυπωση απο την αρχη,ηταν εκει να μας λυσει καθε απορια και να μας καλως ορισει παντα με το χαμογελο.Θα επελεγα ξανα το συγκεκριμενο ξενοδοχειο αδιαμφισβητητα

Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι από τις παροχές και την εξυπηρέτηση. Ο κύριος στην ρεσεψιόν ευγενέστατος και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει. Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο και πολύ προσεγμένο. Στα σημαντικότερα συν ότι μας δόθηκε η ευκαιρία να αφήσουμε τα πράγματά σας στο χώρο μετά το check-out μέχρι να φύγει το πλοίο.

Το προσωπικό είναι ευγενικότατο. Μας φύλαξαν την αποσκευή για μερικές ώρες και πριν το check in και μετα το check out χωρις κανένα πρόβλημα. Θέλαμε ένα καθαρό δωμάτιο για 3 μέρες και ήταν ιδανικό. Παρόλο που βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά σε μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια είναι πολύ ήσυχα.

Λατρέψαμε την τοποθεσία που είναι τρία λεπτά από το λιμάνι και κοντά σε όμορφα ταβερνάκια και φυσικά την ευγένεια και την προθυμία του ζευγαριού που μας φιλοξένησε! Παρόλο που κάναμε check out το πρωί μας φύλαξαν τις αποσκευές για αρκετές ώρες αργότερα. Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο και με πανέμορφο μεγάλο μπάνιο με μαρμάρινο πάγκο. Στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε ντουλάπα συρταριερα και μίνι ψυγείο. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

Ειμαστε παρα πολύ ευχαριστημένοι απο την διαμονή μας.Ο ιδιοκτήτης ειναι πολυ ευγενικος και μας βοηθησε με οτι αποριες ειχαμε.Το δωμάτιο πεντακαθαρο και το πολυ μεγαλο συν είναι οτι κάθε μέρα μας αλλαζαν σεντονια κ πετσέτες..το ξενοδοχείο Sidra ειναι μια ομορφη πινελια στην μαγευτική Ύδρα....το προτεινω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Το κατάλυμα είναι πολύ κοντά στο λιμάνι, αποφεύγεις να ανεβαίνεις ανηφόρες. Πολύ καλή επιλογή για κάποιον που ζητά ένα καθαρό και ήσυχο δωμάτιο για να περάσει ένα ΣΚ ή περισσότερες μέρες. Κυρίως θα το πρότεινα για επισκέπτες που θέλουν να περνούν την ημέρα τους έξω και απλά χρειάζονται ένα δωμάτιο για λίγη ξεκούραση το μεσημέρι και ένα ήσυχο ύπνο το βράδυ. Καθαρό, με μικρό ψυγείο και κυρίως aircondition που λειτουργεί άψογα. Για ζεστό νερό υπάρχει θερμοσίφωνας που τον ανάβεις και σε δέκα λεπτά έχεις ζεστό νερό που φτάνει για δύο μέρες. Στα συν ο ιδιοκτήτης και το προσωπικό που είναι ευγενέστατοι και εξυπηρετικότατοι. Ασφαλής επιλογή χωρίς δυσάρεστες εκπλήξεις.

Πεντακάθαρο, καλόγουστο, λειτουργικό και πολύ προσεγμένο σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Είχε όλες τις ανέσεις. Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενέστατοι, φιλόξενοι και εξυπηρετικοί. Μόνο θετικά μπορώ να πω για την εμπειρία μου. Όταν ξαναβρεθώ στο νησί πάλι στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα θα ξαναπάω.

Πιθανότατα μια από τις καλύτερες επιλογές για διαμονή στην Ύδρα. Ένας εξαίρετος οικοδεσπότης, πάντα ένα βήμα μπροστά από εσένα, έχοντας μεριμνήσει για τα πάντα. Πολύ όμορφος χώρος!!! Καθαρά και περιποιημένα δωμάτια!!! Το προσωπικό του Sidra Hotel μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε πολύ άνετα και μας βοήθησε ιδιαιτέρως με πληροφορίες για το νησί. Μας άρεσε πολύ η βεράντα που είχε και καθόμασταν για το πρωινό και τον καφέ μας. Πολύ γραφικό μέρος! Bonus: Επιστρέφαμε απόγευμα αλλά το check out ήταν το πρωί. Το προσωπικό μας έδωσε την δυνατότητα να αφήσουμε εκεί τα πράγματά μας ώστε να μη χάσουμε το μπανάκι μας και τα πήραμε πριν φύγουμε από το νησί...
